Abella Real Estate needed a system to centralize its daily operations and replace a growing set of manual spreadsheets. What began as a simple property listing tool evolved into a comprehensive management platform supporting agents, administrators, and management staff.

The web-based PHP platform covers the full agency workflow, including property listings, client relationships, tasks, appointments, and performance reporting. It features granular role-based permissions that ensure brokers, managers, and administrators can securely access and manage the data relevant to their work.

To connect internal and external processes, the platform integrates with the agency’s public website, allowing visitors to browse listings and contact the agency directly. It also connects to popular real estate listing portals, enabling one-click synchronization and publishing of properties across multiple external platforms.

Automated notifications, broker calendars for property viewings, and activity-based performance benchmarks further streamline communication and support data-driven management. The system also assists brokers by automatically matching client preferences with available properties, helping identify new opportunities faster.

Built from scratch, the system consolidated previously fragmented data into a structured, searchable environment. It continues to evolve through ThinkWeb's ongoing maintenance, feature development, and technical support.
