Build your own juices and salads, real-time delivery eligibility, smart order routing. Founded in 2013, Fresh Bar was Bulgaria’s fastest-growing juice bar franchise. The team needed a site and online store where customers can create custom drinks and salads, see delivery availability instantly, and place orders without friction. We delivered a custom PHP platform that pairs a flexible menu with reliable local delivery.

Ingredient Builder With Dynamic Pricing
Customers mix and match a small set of ingredients into more than 1,300 combinations. Pricing updates instantly as they build.
Delivery Zones per Location
Store managers draw simple zones around each bar. Customer addresses are geocoded and matched to the right location in real time.
Smart Order Routing
Orders default to the nearest store. Managers can reroute during peak hours or holidays to balance load and keep promises.
Admin Tools for Day-to-Day Work
Menus, prices, delivery areas, and promotions are easy to manage from a custom CMS. Reports help teams review demand and plan staffing.
