Website Redesign and Custom CMS for TUI TravelCenter Bulgaria

We’ve had the privilege of working with TUI TravelCenter Bulgaria for more than a decade, supporting their online presence and digital operations. After years on the same platform, the website and content management system were due for a complete rebuild.

The redesign aimed to modernize the user experience and align the interface with TUI's global brand standards, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. Built on our custom content management system, the new platform replaced the legacy system that had been in use since 2009.

Beyond improving the visual design, we focused on usability and flexibility for TUI’s in-house team. The updated admin dashboard allows editors to manage destinations, travel offers, and website content with greater control and efficiency, simplifying daily operations and improving the management of digital assets.

The result is a modern, maintainable, and brand-consistent platform that reflects TUI’s global quality while serving the local market. We continue to enhance and support the system, helping TUI TravelCenter deliver a seamless digital experience built on trust and collaboration.
