UI/UX Designer

We are looking for

• An experienced UI/UX designer to help us redesign and restructure the current UI  and create a unified design for all parts of the system.
• Someone who has experience designing and optimizing complex systems and flows for both web and native apps. Someone who can clearly communicate ideas and present the reasoning behind them.
• Proficiency with Figma.
   
• A good level of written & spoken English is essential.
• A direct relationship is preferred (no agency). Potential for multi-year engagement.
• Ability to work during our meeting times online between 3pm-6pm Sofia time.

Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced, self-managed freelancer based in the Sofia Region. You enjoy working with small teams and solving problems on the fly with little bureaucracy. You enjoy participating in the design discovery process, including the facilitation of immersion workshops, user research, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, and other parts of the design process that involve research, experimentation, and synthesis.
